The easiest way is to simply google the video card or go to the manufacturer's website and download the latest version (highest version number). Unfortunately, you'll have to read the descriptions fairly carefully, since occasionally there are different versions for different operating systems...

Whoops! How the heck did I get Vista out of that? You system requirements seem fine for WoW. Overkill in fact. Have you checked online for current video drivers?

You should never run Vista with less than 2 gigs of ram. It just doesn't work right. I'm not a huge fan if Vista anyway, even though I use it, but ram is a huge issue. They don't even recommend installing it on a system with less than 2 gigs. Add memory or change your os.
