well some families can't afford full consoles so instead of like 400 dollars and 50 a month, maybe they pay 10 a day or less to just sit with ALL their friends and play a game in the same room and they can still enjoy themselves.

I mean instead of using the computers for the internet and not playing games, you would use (for instance) xbox 360s to play games online or by yourself or with friends. You can purchase up to an hour at a time, or pay for full days.
