The developers have to say yes to their games. otherwise, it won't be Microsoft's fault.
I've already started downloading some of my games. Mass Effect, both Banjo-Kazooie/Tooie and Viva Pinata.

Oh, yeah dude. I was one of the people yelling at M$ in every way, shape, and form that I could. It was complete and utter BS.
But when people were complaining about it, all I could think of was that Steam was the same way. And yet you have millions (guessing) of people who claim that...
Never mind that Steam does the exact same thing.
They require you to check in once a year. Xbox required you to check in once a day.
You don't actually own any of the games you buy. Xbox game discs could be used twice and then the next person had to pay for it.
