I've been watching violent films for as long as I can remember. I watched alien when I was like 6 or something and have been playing graphically violent games since I was 7. I don't think it has affected me really, I don't put bags over people's heads or stab people with shards of glass.

I read an article in BBC Focus recently about how it is in our nature to commit the seven sins, I can't remember the specifics but it seemed to make sense.
