I have to name one no one has. Rainbow Six: Vegas. It has the best cover system I've ever used, by far. Gears of War is sort of similar in the cover, but not nearly as good. I actually find it very arcade-y after playing Vegas. If you're tired of UT's endless run and gun (yes, that's my opinion)...
