No. Not only java programs have extra work to do because they have to run over the JVM to translate bytecodes to native hardware opcodes, they also have reduced perfomance in graphics applications. Computing power isn't the issue, it could have existed a long time ago.

I'm a programmer too but this arrogant statement made me throw up a little. Ugh...

Really, several people here give me the chills. Sick, sick people. On topic, (not a movie) Lost. Such a screwed up ending. At one point, I was totally convinced the "good guy" (Jacob) was the bad guy.

I'd love to see some major leaks from other countries' governments. Oh yeah, I forgot, these so called hackers don't even know what "principles" they are defending. I also love to see the hackers' medical history and everything supposedly private. Secrets are bad and revealing them is good, right?

In my mind, they are as bad as unicorns, winged cyclopes, talking lizards, man-sized mosquitoes...

Once again, the so-called writer likes a storyless game with the most lazy developing studio ever. Bravo, Yahtzee. (Yeah, I've played and finished psychonauts, half-life, SotC, painkiller...)

Well, obviously lots of reviews are horrible, but that's kind of the way it is. People payed to criticize games aren't professionals in the field at all. This includes "reviewers" that tend to say nice things too, of course.

None. I don't have enemies. I'm only playing, for Christ's Sake.

But Valve is God. He can't say such "not so bad" things to Valve.

The irony. Total imbeciles write the best game ever, Half Life. Actual writers write an Indiana Jones rip off. Who would've thought of that?
