The great Irony is, that its taken 12 years to develop, but Apogee has asked 2K to make the game 2 months after (or was it before) the DNF release. Its like a builder who cant finish renovating the Kitchen, but asks the wife to finish her cooking when hes done.

What I dont understand is why its taken Apogee so long... So what if thier counter-claim is legitimate, its taken them 20 million, and 12 years and they THINK they are gonna make money back by selling a DN game that no one cares about anymore. If anything, I'd probably download the demo of...
