Yes. I was never planning on getting that ME3 on Steam, or any game I would play on a PC, for that matter. I have always preferred physical copies. the only way I buy on Steam is if the game is small or not from the current generation. Also, I find myself liking Origin better than Steam.

100 hours? only if you make more than two playthroughs. I finished it thoroughly twice and it was about 70-75 hours.
