the real question is this; is it still illegal if you own it, or is it just getting a well-made backup pre-made? if you already own it, you can copy it. if you download a copy it is the same. you are doing nothing more than acquiring a copy of your own media in a different (and often quicker)...

make sure they have enough some banks do not keep a very high supply. you might only get about 24 dollars worth. but bigger the bank more they will have. my local bank is pretty small and when i asked for 2 dollar bills she went down all the teller's lines and pulled them out of their tills...
