Hello Escapists, Can anyone out there help me downgrade my firmware from 4.1 to 4.0.1 I believe so I can jailbreak my ipod. I've tried google, but most of the guides don't make any sense to me since I am a complete idiot concerning any form of programming. Any help would be much appreciated.

So my xbox started overheating a couple of days ago, using a guide from youtube I took my xbox apart. (No warranty) I found a whole lotta dust and removed it, now my screen freezes. Anyone got an idea what caused it and how i can fix it?
