Agh, no. Close. Similar but less cartoony and it wasn't that slideshow type of game. It might of had decent graphics and I think you could actually walk around freely, not click based movement...
The first thing I can think of is Math Blaster. I remember playing it as a kid and this would have been the mid to late 90's. It had a ton of space based math scenarios. I think it was on Sega though. Could have been both.
