Going have to go with The Force Unleashed on Sith Master Difficulty (An otherwise good game in my opinion) the 2nd boss of the game continuously spams force push at you until you cant block it any more, and the push itself takes away roughly 85% of your health so cheap.... Edit: Forgot...
