Definitely a suicide vest. Some kind of adrenaline boost which boosts your health and speed but everything goes blobby and mental. Combining the two would be cool.

I have a twitchy finger. Ive done the lot, team killing, spawn killing and the more inventive things you can only ever do once. Cant help it though, its instinctive. I do NOT glitch though. Frankly, any one who glitches in a game deserves all the abuse they get. It ruins it for everyone else.
