Ya when you play for so long you will slump because you tend to not really care and get complacent. It usually happens when you are just playing online for just fun and not actually in an actual match. Plus someone said something about losing focus due to lack of sleep and othe distractions...
best advice would be to find people that you know that will play together...the other alternative would be to only add people to your friends that want to use teamwork. I play with about 8 other guys and we play pretty regularly...so when we get on we do pretty well.
