Perfect, I love the analogy. See, this is something I've been feeling lately too, I just couldn't quite put my finger on it. Everything has to be so multiplayer oriented even if the game itself doesn't lend itself to being a game that should have multiplayer.

This is exactly why I try to avoid playing with randoms. Thankfully I have a decent-sized group of friends that we can usually get a game going without too much trouble. In the case where we're short on people, our usual game of choice, TF2, has bots... so we can just pad our teams that way...

Knowing next to nothing about either, I can say I'm looking forward to Thor more. Both seem ridiculous, but Thor strikes me as being so ridiculous it's good.

I do that. That's not to say I don't pay full price for games, because I do that all the time. There are some games however that I already own on console or don't think is worth the full price tag, so I'll wait to purchase those until they reach a certain price point.

I used to be really opposed to the idea of playing any game with "Final Fantasy" in the title, my only experience with the series being Final Fantasy X shortly after its release. I did beat the game, but looking back I didn't really enjoy the experience and assumed this was going to be the case...

Took me awhile to track down the review, but there was this review of the Resident Evil series as a whole and its current direction. It had some really good ideas to make the games scary again, most of which I would love to see happen...

Incorporating it with the series? Sign me up. While I haven't seen Eleventh Hour yet (actually haven't seen The End of Time yet either), I'm definitely interested to see how this turns out.

I'm manually remembering the Library level and thinking that this is just an attempt to appeal to the fanboys by calling more than just one part of the game good. That said amazing review, far less biased than 90% of the responses you've had to it. Keep up the good work!

As much as it pains me to say it, my cell phone has become nearly a permanent attachment to my hand, so I would sneak that. I would definitely load it up with more music ahead of time though.

The sailing in Wind Waker. I found exploring the Great Sea to be a real nice change of pace, from the treasure hunting to finding and exploring new islands, I thought it was really well done.

As much as I absolutely love the L4D series, the TF2 updates and the fact that Portal is getting a sequel... I really REALLY want my Half Life 2: Episode 3.
