Mass Effect 2's boss wasn't difficult at all and sort of disappointing. On the harder difficulties bog-standard critters are harder than that battle. Shame, I loved the game. Dragon Age: Origin's final boss fight was a bit of a let-down too. There wasn't very much challenge.
