Well I got a contract form Urag gro-shub the orc in the Collage of Winterhold. When I was in the same room as him! I was starting the hitting the books quest and I was about to leave when this hired thugs appear! I think I didn't steal from him maybe I TOOK a book from the table. I pickpocketed...
