Stupid idea number 47-b: EULAs are for software, right? Software runs on computers, right? So why not have a concise EULA in plain English, and any uncertain terms like *sigh* "Page", "Clearer" or "Precise" could be linked to more precise legalese definitions? You know, like Wikipedia...
