Yeah it's obvious he's just throwing around a bunch of buzz words. Honestly the big increase in RAM will make development easier and allow for more ambitious efforts, but this still doesn't exactly equate to innovation.
I think that Ubisoft just says what everyone in the industry's thinking. I can't imagine that they're alone in their view. I also think back to when an executive said they wanted new consoles more frequently and think that other publishers probably felt the same way.
