New level with an unique concept: no jumps allowed. If you jump, you pretty much die in most cases. Most people are going to try and die but don't do it. ID: C349 0000 0063 1E49

I couldn't, even with the power star. The problem is the jump. Even so, you have to kick two koopa shells to move on to the next part and the lakitu would be already where you are. You are supposed to jump a bit to the right than immediatly turn to the left and get over the ledge I guess but...

Thanks! It's hard to design those puzzle levels. I have others but I still need a single more star to be able to upload more levels. I made a whole bunch of puzzle like levels based on towers so I like that feel of consistency. Glad you liked it.

Don't be so hard on yourself, your level was excellent! You did many things right. You chose a theme and kept things simple, but challenging. There's also a difficulty curve and you didn't need tons of enemies to make it hard. Keep it up, seriously.

Also, to answer your question: warp pipes lead to a sub level that is vaguely the same size as the main level, in potential. Doors lead to a second location on the same domain, from a main level location to another one but not from say the main level to the sub level. There is also a limit on...

I'm gonna be very honest with you. Aside from First Base your levels are claustrophobic. There is not enough room for mario to move around and there are also too many enemies. That's the main reason why room 5 in the Gauntlet is nearly unbeatable. The Mario Bros theme doesn't help either because...

I did some puzzle levels that I find baffling that people are not able to beat. It's truly frustrating because I tried to make them hard but acessible. The one with the biggest clear rate is 4 Towers (50%), and by far the most starred. ID: 2C79 0000 0029 18E5 Thwomp Towers is next and...

I starred pretty much all your levels I think. Plenty of them are actually Metroid inspired, I like that. Not overly complicated too which is great

Way too much stuff going on at once. Enemies surprise kill you every time. It's beatable, if you know already beforehand whats going to happen. Otherwise you'll rage quit like I did. I even managed to get way deep into the dungeon but yeah.

Really well design and not just to look pretty and slick. Even though it does as well. I want to see more stuff like this instead of the typical amiibo showcase and "don't press anything" levels. You also made me realize how cool the airship theme in mario bros is.

So Mario Maker is out and thought it would be a good idea to have it's own thread for level sharing. Post some level you created along with maybe a screenshot and of course it's code. Also, I realize that Nintendo's search tools are piss poor but let's try to stay on topic and not completely...

So how do you feel about character movement? Not just The Witcher 3

Nosgoth is a game where the low quality animations really put me off playing it.

So how do you feel about character movement? Not just The Witcher 3

As I was reading about The Witcher 3 among the common complaints, like frame rate during cutscenes, stutter, clunky combat, degrade weapons system, I stumbled upon a very specific one, which was the character movement which felt maybe unresponsive, maybe like a tank, maybe something else (I...

Flaws on modern open world games

My first post here. I'm writing about a very specific subject and I would like to get some discussion going. So for some years this genre, open world games, has become quite popular, specially in fantasy settings and RPGs or the like. But I can't help but feel frustrated over some game...
