I agree with everyone else, the background music is maddening.

Tropico 4 seams pretty good, and it was multiplatform. It didn't innovate very much on tropico 3, but it still got solid reviews.

I get most of my games from steam, But there's no way I'm downloading 5Gb+ games if I don't have to. Canadian ISP's have low download caps.

Wow, compered to you guys, I've been pretty lucky. Also, a tip for anyone trying to get passed blocks on youtube and gmail: Gmail: Use the Google docs portal, in most board's Google docs isn't blocked. Youtube: Use Https instead of http, for some reason that usually stays unblocked.

The original avatar had tanks and factory's, so i actually don't find this too far fetched for 70 years in the future.

Fixed it, all i had to do was restart steam. Thanks again for all the help guys!
