I am confident that Relic will find a way to balance it to be enjoyable to play with larger scale than DoW and hyooge epic units. The Company of Heroes 2 model has just enough space for you to make a decent sized strike force, while retaining a ton of tactical flavah with your choices.

DoW 3 made in the style of CoH2 with limited bases and a wealth of tactical options to affect the battlefield would be a dream come true.
