Final Fantasy 6, Persona 3, Star Ocean 2. Every other option is wrong.

Psychic pokemon were overpowered in R&B, you couldn't do much against them(Because their weakness, poison, sucked) Also, mewtwo was the only real legendary. The birds weren't really much stronger than anything else in the game.
