1. Washington Capitals (although I would hate that)
2. Vancouver Canucks
3. Alexander Ovechkin
4. I think there will be several: Ottawa will upset Pisttsburgh, Philadelphia will upset New
Jersey, and Colorado will upset San Jose (not because Colorado is good but because San Jose tends to drop the ball in the play-offs)

There doesn't seem to be much of a hockey fever on the Escapist.

1. Penguins (Anyone but the Capitals dear god please. Ovechkin infuriates me enough already, he doesn't need bragging rights with that.)
2. Canadiens (lol, i am filled with hope)
3. Crosby or one of the Sedins.
4. I think Boston will win it over Buffalo and I would love for the flyers to win over NJ.

6. Yes! I seriously don't know what I'll do with myself when the season is finished.

One guess how I feel about hockey...

1. Canucks (Lu and King Henrik lead the way)
2. Avalanche (I know second round is possible with the masters of the choke from San Jose as their opponents, but anything else is likely too much)
3. H. Sedin
4. Colorado over San Jose, and I'm feeling Phili over NJ. Kovalchuk has just not fit in at all there.
5. Yes they did, just barely, but at least they face SJ and not Chicago.
6. Of course. Hockey is a part of my blood. Literally, they inject bits of game worn jerseys into the blood of every Canadian child.

Ya I'm hopping for an upset with Montreal and Washington too. They're my fourth team. I know what you mean by not knowing what to do with yourself. I always feel like there's an empty void that will only be filled until next season.

My team, the Edmonton Oilers, didn't make it in. In fact, they're the worst team in the NHL. So no, I won't be following the playoffs this year. Anaheim didn't make it either, which I like because of Jonas Hiller. So go Canada? Montreal, Vancouver, Ottawa... Yeah.

1. Being realistic: I think it's most likely going to be the Capitals because they're an excellent team.
Being wishful: Philadelphia Flyers all the way, although if both the Capitals and Penguins are knocked out then our chances increase greatly.

6. I care about the NHL playoffs more than any other sports playoffs. The playoffs of the NHL are probably the best in all of sports.
