I didn't buy any albums from 2010. This year, all I bought was albums from years past.

Well, unless a few game soundtracks that I got in bundles count.

I wanted quite a few this year, but never got around to it.

The only album of 2010 I've heard is Fear Factory's newest one, and I really liked it.

I like what I've heard of this too. Dillinger Escape Plan have just been getting better and better in my eyes.

Yeah this year too many album releases of generic unoriginal music that's either held together by autotune or just copies The Muse sound. Been looking into old stuff.

I can't really make a top five for other reasons, because too much good music came out this year.

So I'll just name some great ones off the top of my head.

Death Angel: Relentless Retribution.

Volbeat: Beyond Hell/Above Heaven.

Black Label Society: Order of the Black

Nevermore: The Obsidian Conspiracy

The Sword: Warp Riders
