Happily Lost Planet 2 If the Campaign was longer or perhaps I had XBL installed in this hostage situation.
Otherwise probably WoW, If I was in the mood, I could play WoW for hours on end.

I did this with WoW a few years ago on a weekend where I was alone, all friends out of town or busy/family out of town/etc.

As for nowadays, I really don't know. There just don't seem to be any really good, immersive games I haven't beaten or grown tired of yet.

Borderlands. For some reason I can play that game without being aware of the time until I realize it wasn't dark when i started this morning.

Hmm...probably Bad Company 2 if it has online support :p

If not probably Oblivion.

Both of those are quite fun and addictive as well.

I have a fetish for the AA-12 in modern shooters :)

Oblivion. It'd be an excuse to actually play the game properly for once, plus it'd last me for a lot longer than 24 hours anyway.

World of Warcraft. 24 hours should be enough time to get me to level 30, and then I'd ask to keep playing, making the robots confused.

At this point, the confusion as to why one particular gamer would want to go beyond the 24 hour mark would exceed their programming. The bots would explode, causing humanity to survive a little while longer.

Among all the desolate corpses of robots, I emerge, unharmed, but most likely malnourished and thirsty, for having to play for 24 hours with no break or water or food.

I am declared king of the world and I rule under a peaceful and prosperous kingdom of earth.

Lets say that robots rise up and take over the world and after enslaving the human race they decide to have fun with the squishy humanoids by forcing them to play one game for 24 hours straight. If you stop playing or fall asleep your battle royale collar explodes killing everyone in a mile radius.

Okay so that premise is a little fucked up but I couldn't think of any other way to start this thread. So if you had to play one game for 24 hours what would it be. For me it would have to be a sandbox game, either Red Dead Redemption, Prototype or inFAMOUS, so that if I got bored of the missions or finished them before the day was finished, I would have plenty of other stuff to keep me occupied. Like 100% coompletion.

So what would you want to play to appease your robot overlords?

I've actually had a 24-hour Fallout 3 marathon with my Xbox 360 clan, I came second for time spent (25 hours, 34 minutes!), and first for completion. All quests done, 4 DLCs done, level 30 and so forth. Wooh!

Shadow of the Collosus... I could have swore I was expected to write more... But I don't think I need to.
