360 or Wii?

Here is the conundrum. I have a chance to buy either a X Box 360 or a Wii. I play both party games and RPGs so both appeal to me. I need feedback from gamers to get an idea of what to expect from either...

I'd get a 360, the controller doesnt require effort and theres a vast range of games with older gamers, and a big online.

Since I own both... Uh... I'd say 360, the RPGs will be more longlasting than the minigames.

360, unless you have people over all the time. But I always go for the more expensive machine first then get the others later.

Get a 360, there are a lot more RPGs you can get for it like Mass Effect, both KOTORs, Fable II, and some JRPGs.

Even though this is rapidly becoming a versus thread, I would go for 360, better network, better controls, better graphics, better...better? But if you really love party games, buy the Wii, go nuts.^_^

Now if you don't mind, I'll have to go prep my house's windows and doors for the Nintendo people's attack, watch out, they have Wiimotes.

360, unless you have parties every other night or something and need frequent party entertainment. Then I'd say buy a 360, a sound system and a spare fridge that you keep stocked with alcohol.

Speaking of which, does KOTOR2 work well on the console? I have it for my PC but it is so buggy I literally can't finish it. The game is stuck in some sort of a loop. I'd really like to complete it some day...

The wii has some fun party games but the 360 will last you in terms of RPGs. So I'll say 360 unless you play party games loads.

I get a 360 because by itself you can have a awesome game library. The wii has some awesome games but you will lacking a constant flow of good games with just the wii. Plus the 360 has a very good library of rpgs. The wii has a very weak rpg library. In the long run the 360 is the better choice in my opinion.

Get a 360, the Wii doesn't have many good RPGs(in fact, I can think of none) and is mostly for party and casual games.

Actually come to think of it, this thread has become a "little" one sided to Microsoft, so TheMedicated, you'd better just get the Xbox360.
