A 6th Vault Hunter?

Alrighty then. So a new Vault Hunter for Borderlands 2?

Bare in mind that this is all COMPLETE speculation. I have no idea if this is true or not. We all know of Gaige, the DLC Vault Hunter realesed some time ago. I personally like her, kinda reminds me of my girlfriend. Anyways, while paroozing the Borderlands website (yes, I used the word "paroozing", moving on) I clicked on the characters tab and couldn't help but notice that there was a very large empty space right beside Axton. Nothing in the background draws my attention either, and it doesn't seem like a cropping error, as more than half of Death-Trap (the robot Gaige sits on) doesn't show up before it cuts to a picture of Jack. Go on the Borderlands 2 website if you want to see the big empty void. Seems like maybe something is going to fill it eventually. Could Gearbox be planning a new Vault Hunter in the mix? If so, what sort of new character could be thrown in the mix? Let's discuss, shall we?

Pretty sure they mentioned more characters some time. Should be interesting.
Maybe someone with a short range teleport. That'd be pretty freakin' sweet.

Well I can't see a reason to have more, they each only get one ability so it barely affects the gameplay, and it's not like player characters provide any content beyond that.

There are echo recorders that have back story for each of the vault hunters.

Thats ALL I wish. I am not asking something HARD, I am pretty sure it should be easy.


It just really frustrates me than after Gearbox did a decent job at balancing the 4 original classes (somewhat, but still better balanced than 1 is), then out of nowhere they added a 5th character thats essensiality overpowered by definition AND most likely intented. Thats even worse. They could have added an easy mode or something instead of a whole character...

It all depends on which skill tree you use when playing as Gaige, BFF is basicly easy mode (bit to easy?) and Anarchist hard mode somewhat.

On topic, I think a cool ability for a new Vault Hunter would be stopping time for a short while.
