We've all seen horrible movies based on games, I don't need to go into any details but what about horrible game movies that were never made. Take for instance Streets of Rage or Bare Knuckle as some may no it. A good arcade game big in the early 90s that had some pretty good sequels but no horrible movie adaptation same way vice versa Escape from New York kicked ass but no horrible game adaptation Rambo and Die Hard recieved adaptations fair's fair. Am I wrong here? Can you think of any other games/movies that were snubbed from a medicore adaptation?

I felt I am Legend could have gotten a game, although that was a book first so I'm not sure that counts.

Aliens is rare in that it spawned more than one strong game. You had Alien 3 (SNES), which still ranks as one of my favorite games ever made. You had Alien Versus Predator (Jaguar), which was a brillint game on a system nobody owned. You had Aliens Versus predator (Coin-Op Arcade game), which was a solid beat-em-up style affair. Then you had Alien Versus Predator 1 and 2 for PC, and both were solid games for the time. Of course, the first was marred by terrible multiplayer through the Mplayer service and the second was marred by the fact that few people actually picked it up.
