Hello Escapists! My name online name is Paul Harvey as you might have noticed and I am new to the escapist. Well kinda. I had and account here about two and a half years ago but do to schooling and work and my short attention span I just kinda forgot about it. I made a new one right before i got my V.I.P pass to Expo and I want to reintegrate back into this wonderful community before the Expo takes place, so here is a little bit of information about my self! I would also like to know about you too ;)

- I am an atheist, dyslexic, INTP (INTJ if you fancy Socionics), synesthete
- I work at a men's fine clothing store as a formal-ware specialist
- A great deal of my time is spent thinking about archetypes of the mind and Carl Jung
- I dont english good. I also tend to over use () (but only a little)
- I am gong to a community college for entrepreneurship
- I plan to eventually start my own video game/software development firm with a few of my friends. And yes, I do understand that this dream is the equivalent to wanting to be an astronaut back in the 60's.
- I love Cthulhu
- I like table top boardgames
- Computers and technology tickle my fancy
- I am a PC gamer

If this is the wrong place to post this just give me a PM and i will ask a mod to move it. I though there was a place for intros to be posted but i could not find one...

Welcome, before I do anything-else here's a short introduction video for your viewing pleasure, also don't forget to stay out of the basement and don't press the red button when someone links it to you. Trust me on that second one.

Anyway about myself? I hail from the UK and currently attend university studying Biology, I don't play video games much any-more but I continue to hang around this place because I like the people and the atmosphere. I roleplay a bit on this site and I'm also a henchman of the Injustice League, the cat-stroking villains of the Escapist.

Edit: And I've just noticed that you've already pressed the red button from your badges, alas too late!

Hi there!

Welcome back from your hiatus. High five for being dyslexic as well. I see I'm not the only one harboring the dream of starting a game studio.

hope you have fun here

What's up my fellow Escapian. I too like to ponder the ways of the meyer briggs. Though I'm not sure how much stock I put in it. I'm sure you aren't supposed to be both INTP, INFP and ISFP at the same time but I seem to manage it.

I have already found the Terrible Red Button of Bieber :(

It is a pleasure to meet you and thanks for the video! And I am assuming that because you live in the UK you will not be going to the Expo?

Yes sadly I won't be attending, ironically I will be living and working in America for almost three months this year but I'm due to return home just a week before the Expo starts, it was too late to change the flight dates when they announced it :-(

I test as an INTP, ISTP, or INTJ depending on my mood. Usually I try to break in down into there functions. On the functions test I almost always have Introverted Thinking followed by Extroverted Intuition as my top two so I am most likely an INTP. Most test I find online are untrustworthy and misleading >.<

I've studied the functions too. Normally they shouldn't change but I must be so borderline for both S/N and T/F that my functions are also very interchangeable. I'd really like to take the test with a trained psychiatrist. Because most tests on the webs are far too generic and arbitrary. Personality can't be described with yes|no answers.

Still, I'm very good at typing other people which is definitely useful when trying to keep the peace or make new friends.
