The title just about says it all. I don't sleep well. It's not that I don't sleep at all or that I toss and turn all night, I just never seem to feel genuinely rested by the time I get out of bed. Admittedly, I often have an overactive mind when I lay down, but even on the nights when I hit the pillow and pass out before I have the time to think, I still don't get a good night's sleep. And on top of all that, I typically beat my alarm by 2 hours and can't get back to sleep. My father has much the same problem, so I'm wondering if that contributes to this. Does anyone know of any way to improve what sleep I get or help me get a little more? I'm hesitant to take sleeping pills, but that could be a viable option if nothing else works. I just want one morning where I can wake up and take on the day with a recharged battery(so to speak).
