anyways Hey guys can you name a sequel that is/will better then the predecessor?


Although this might not count but I believe that portal 2 will be better then the original cause of the new mechanics and the over all atmosphere.

Metroid Prime:Echos was an amazing sequel.
And then Metroid Prime:Corruption was great as well.

Echos improved on what Prime did, and Corruption did some simple tweaks that worked really well.

Yeah, it's way too soon to be saying anything about the quality of Portal 2.

Megaman Legends 2 was an improvement in every sense of the word over the first one. It had better control schemes, a wider variety of areas, and much better graphics.

Also, Ratchet and Clank 2 may have been easier than the original, but it was definitely much more fun. I loved being able to level up my weapons and health bar.

KOTR 2? I liked KOTR 1 never got around to playing the sequel, but i heard it was awesome...

A sequel i actually played and enjoyed better than the first one would be Empire Earth 2.

Firstly, punctuation: what is the reasoning for including such silly punctuation as "?!?!" That sort of punctuation simply does not exist. A question mark is perfectly adequate. Your title makes it seem like you're in my face, screaming your question at me like some sort of ten-foot tall gerbil on cocaine.

Few sequels, IMHO, have been better than the originals. Some have things that are better than other things in the first, but very few are truly better than the original.

A few ones of note however: Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Amn, Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Diablo 2, and Icewind Dale 2 and Super Mario Brothers 3.
