A Graphics Card Problem?

I have this problem with my comp when i play WoW, thought some people might be able to help with it. I know nothing about computers

Sometimes (around 2 or 3 times every 2 hrs) the image freezes and i have to go to desktop, which then goes all green and zoomed in, i have to change the resolution to stop this and go back on WoW... Its very annoying, sometimes it crashes WoW aswell.

Not sure wether this is a problem with the card or RAM or whatever?

Honestly, I don't know. I've encountered a few graphical errors and related crashes in other programs that were fixed by this. It also stops resolution crossing (assuming you play at a different resolution that your regular screen setting.)

Tried it, made it much much worst, the screen just froze as soon as i opened it.
