Hi all i know A levles are drawing to a close and I would like to wish those who are undertaking or finished thier A levels good luck in getting the results they need :).
So to those who are finishing what uni are you hoping to get into? Any questions about uni and uni life just ask away and i'll try and answer them to the best of my ability as i know its both and exciting and daunting experience.

Well. Thanks. You're about 2 months to late for me, but still thanks

I'm going to Knox up in Galesburg soon. Looking forward to that.

I did them last year and am doing law at the University of Southampton

I don't want to be a lawyer, but I feel I need a trade to fall back on if my ambitions in life don't work out.

I'll be starting my second year in October.

To anyone going to University: Good luck, it can be tough. The biggest piece of advice I can give you is to take EVERY SHRED of careers help that the University offers so you can get a job sorted, hopefully, before you graduate. If I could do it all again, that would be the only thing I would do; no one but myself to blame.

And good luck/well done in general to everyone doing whatever it is you're doing right now!

This, get it tattooed on your forehead, painted on your wall whatever you need just take it to heart.

Oh and the peice of advice I wish someone had given me comes from a quote I picked up in my second year-

"Life at uni has 3 parts- grades, sleep and socialising- you'll only have the time for 2"

And thankfully with the help of pro-plus you can remove sleep from the equation :p

That's why half way through second year I know the name of about 20-30 people from all of my courses in the last 18 months.

The grades are awesome.

The people probably are too, but you have to prioritise.
