A little fashion help!

Hey there escapists!

Wondered if anyone here could help me with a small issue!

Myself and my girlfriend are going to see Les Miserables at the Queens Theatre in London. My question is - what on earth do I wear!? Suit? Smart casual?? Help!

Ive also personally never been much of a 'suit person'. Im not that fond of wearing them I must admit, makes me feel a tad bit ehh..uncomfortable?

But I do believe a nice button up shirt (without any logos or pictures etc) and a nice pair of jeans would perfectly suit for something like that.
