I'm not looking for a TS server for me and my guild or anything like that, if that's what you suspected from reading the topic.
I've recently been looking around a lot for a TS server or something similar (basically a voice chat where anyone could join). My efforts with google haven't been fruitful yet, and when I tried the public server list in TS2, all the servers I joined were empty.
I guess most TS servers are set up for people who play games and their guilds, but I know from experience that a lot of them are places to "hang out" as well. I'm looking for such a place to practice my english, to become more fluent. I need to do so for work, but I don't know any actual english speakers to practice with, so I thought this might work.
Ideally, it would be a place where something is going on all the time, but not too crowded either.
Since I've failed to find a place like that with google (kind of too vague to look for using google), I'm now turning to a forum to see if anyone can suggest something.
