Okay my fellow escapist goers, I have a question for you simply I am curious as to your opinion on the matter..

Does The knowledge of one's possible actions, and the possible consequences of those actions cause oneself to bear responsibility if those actions should come to pass?

If you would like this given an example simply ask...right now i've been up for 36 hours and can't think of one offhand.

Example: If someone knows that eating cookies every day will make them fat, and they still consciously eat the cookies, is it their fault that they are fat? Yes.

If someone doesn't know that eating cookies every day will make them fat, and they consciously eat the cookies, is it their fault that they are fat? No. It is the fault of their ignorance, not their conscious being which is what you mean when you say "their".

Always judge an action before the consequence. What did the executor know before executing the task? Why and with what knowledge did he perform the task? That's all that matters when dealing with "morality".

That was really well said this is exactly why the court takes circumstances into account during a trial.

Your question isn't worded in the most intuitive way. To me, it reads "If you know what you can do, and what might happen if you do it, are you responsible for what happens if you do it?". The answer is YES, and that's pretty much the definition of responsibility. I assume I must be missing something here, because you seem very flummoxed over this.

Ummm, yes? Your phrasing is confusing OP, but I am going to go with yes. Each of us are responsible for any decision we make according to the reasonable outcome of those decisions from our own perspective. Less confusingly put, if somebody does something they are responsible for what they could reasonably assume to be the consequences of that action.

Hmmm. Knowledge of possible actions and of the possible consequences should any those actions come to pass. Whatever the action, you know the possible outcome and by making your choice, you influence the outcome.

That means responsible is you, Visan.
