Actually it would make a good series. Make the episodes a bit longer then the "meet the team" videos (7 to 10 minutes) and have a theme for each episode and it'd be perfect.

IVE ALREADY got a plot for it both blu and red team both go on a road trip to some convention that they are both going to but on the way to the convention you get to see some of there nonsense with a seen where the scout walks in on his mom

And hell yes, it would most likely be ruined by hurrying it up, but as a smaller series it might work. although it may prove difficult to understand for people who havent played tf.

I'd doubt it. What would they do, mow each other down for the entirety of the movie? Not exactly much you can do with TF2 other than a game.
