About LEGO Games

Okay, what should we expect from lego game creators? Rambo? Jaws? Alien? Dawn of the Dead? All wrong. This is what most game magazines are asking for. Well their gonna get pretty upset. The lego games were intended for children and you probably can't or don't want to picture this: you go to the store with your child and you go across the game section. "Hey dad will you buy me
this?" And he hands you a Lego Jaws game! So if you didn't see that coming, don't expect those games either

I'm reminded of a Robot Chicken sketch about some adult movie (Babel, I think) which was quite funny.

The games though have been very good in their adaptions - take the Star Wars which in Episode 3 had numerous severed limb scenes but they really managed to pull it off well in the game adaption including Anakin's barbeque at the end. Hell, even episode 6 had a pig man being eaten alive by a Rankhor.

I think they can probably do Jaws in the same way and it'll be fine.

I'd personally like to see more superhero style Lego games, depending on how bug Lego Batman is that's a pretty good bet.

They could have that same comic-book-geek-fantasy like MUA but in Lego form.

I remember back when I was about 10-11 ish I made my own set of "miniature rules" for LEGO that blatantly ripped off the Fallout game system. Good times.

Ok i guess jaws would do ok, if they took out some blood, and btw Jakub i explained why you dope and wth "in before the move?" Psi, if they ever did make adaptions for the games they would be good for kids, but some kids would mistake jaws to be that kid friendly and the get the **** scared out of em when they saw a little girl in jaw get eaten and never go in the water again. Also i'm pretty sure the content from star wars 3 was their border line. so anway i guess they could get away with jaws, but not with half the other stuff game people are hoping for, I mean what do YOU want? Alien or jaws? B.t.w what do you mean pedro?

lego saving private ryan! becuase that's what it takes to give WWII games a kick in the crotch it so desperatly needs. Or maybe Lego Outlaw Josey Whales, that would be pretty entertaining as well.

Yeah Private ryan would kick azz... But we probably can't expect anything for awhile cause of that batman game, and with the leak of starwars lego 3.... private ryan is NOT comin soon

I'm thinking "Lego All Quiet on the Western Front". That'd set those kids morally straight. I think anyone who's read the book could agree. There would be a rat smashing level, a level were you would have to stab a man and spend all night in a foxhole with him while he dies, a level were you have to cut mold off bread, a level spent in the hospital dying room, and a level where you have to mercifully shoot your own men after they've been gassed rather than wait for them to start coughing up bits of their own lungs.

Lego The Devil's Rejects would be an interesting one.

That scene where the woman runs from the motel & gets hit by the truck & explodes into lots of Lego pieces. Plus the finale would be cool, with bits of plastic being shot off as they drive towards the roadblock.

With the silence of Lego games maybe it wouldn't be so bad, since it seems that bad language is worse than violence nowadays.

Of course it'll never happen & I'm not being serious, but it's a funny idea.
