Achievements gone

When i logged in today on my xbox i got a message that I had been logged in on another console (I haven't)and when I started playing ME3 i got achievements i already had. So I checked and all my achievements where gone, all of them it doesn't even say i have played games, it's not just on my xbox on my xbox internet page they're gone too. Save files are intact thought, anyone to who this sounds familiar?

Have you been playing BF3 too? Check this thread, there seems to be a known problem going on.

No I haven't, all my achievements are back though except for my ME3 achievements those are still messed up.
when i check it it says 48/52 and with my gs but when I check the list i only see the ones i got after the incident
