I'm pretty sure every person has at least one ad that simply fills them with hate when they see it. Most recently for me is the Slim Jim ad which can be seen before videos on this site. I loathe it, will never buy a Slim Jim for the rest of my life because of it, and want its creators to die in one of those fires caused by dropping a frozen turkey into a vat of boiling oil. Others that go on my list are the Alpha Protocol ad which immediately made me foresee that the game would be terrible (I was right), and anything with talking animals. Especially the Beggin' Strips dog treat ad. That dog can go fuck himself. How 'bout y'all?

Any ad for that one disinfectant. I can't remember the name, but they basically present false information to try and make you afraid of bacteria. They're stupid.

We Buy Any Car.com

I love the business name (it's just so damn literal, it's like if you renamed Tesco to be "We Sell Necessary Items and Luxuries to the Population") but the adverts are hideous. The same damn jingle repeated ad nauseum with some dancing pricks. Now they have little inlets before Top Gear on Dave with annoying "remixes" done in different styles. Each more infuriating than the last.

Well, I was going to say the slim jim commercial, but the OP ninja'd me (I swear, if I see that made telling the kids to "eat it and beat it" one more time, my head is going to explode...)

I would say any commercial offering to speed up your computer with their magical software that probably doesn't work. It's the commercial equivalent of those internet pop-up ads saying you have 200 viruses so you'll buy their useless software.

I hate the Playstation commercials with Marcus. Those and the commercials with like the opera singing for some J.G. Wentworth thing or something. I try to block those out.

what you don't want to be WWE champion?

anyway those girls gone wild advertisements

basic idea:
pay money to watch girls take there shirts off when you can watch porno on the internet for free.

it also tells you that your up to late.

It depends. Is my mom in the room?

Then the Victoria's Secret ads. If not, then almost everything else.

Except of course, some Old Spice ads and all the Most Interesting Man in the World ads. Because those are awesome.

The world cup one, with the woman saying "TEEEEENAAAATOHHH!!!" or something like that. There is something in the way she says it, that makes me want to punch the tv.

I just got ninja'd, but I must say it again:

GO COMPARE!!!! GO COMPARE!!!!

Also, adverts for Always have started bugging me

Have a happy period. Always.

It's just bad grammar. For maximum effect it should be 'Always have a happy period', rather than the still technically correct but very archaic 'have a happy period Always.' 'Always haver a happy period' works on two levels:

1. 'Always have a happy period' have a happy period every time you have one, Always in the sense of the actual word describing a recurring event

2. 'Always, have a happy period', with Always the brand you will have a happy period, it's a marketing strategy.

'have a happy period always' doesn't have the message of the first one, only the second one.

I suppose an argument could be made for the homophonic similarity of 'have a happy period all ways' implying that there are multiple ways to have a happy period, but that's pushing it.

I know, I get caught up in anything where bad grammar could be avoiding for a better message.

CILLIT BANG. CLEANS UP THE LOT. The remix isn't too bad though...
OT: Go Compare, for obvious reasons, and any baby advert. Why do they insist on showing bare baby arse in every SINGLE ONE? No one wants to see it, for christ sake.
