I've spent 30 minutes and answered all the questions for the Zero Punctuation contest. There are just three that I couldn't answer: #2, #10, and #11. Can I have a little help? Maybe even a hint?

Just got through every video until you find the answers. If you spent 30 minutes, you could probably spend another 30 going through the others.
