Among your gaming friends, what are you known for?

I searched this, didn't find anything.

What are you known for among your gaming friends? Are you usually the best team mate? The worst? Really good at a weapon in a certain game?

For me it would be the Sniper. In Day of Defeat Source, I'm very, very good at sniping. On my groups server I would often get easily 5:1 KD even when everyone else is sniping.

I'm probably known as the guy who is into the games that they don't play. It's kind of sad, really. If my friends and I were actually to game together, I'd probably be considered a good teammate - I like letting them have the health, powerups, etc. and I tend to prefer the healing/support classes.

Yeah, it gets annoying.
Yes. This.

"What do I do?"

"Did you read what it said?"

"No."

I'm the guy who betrays the party and kills everyone for the lolz.

If you can't kill each other in the game, I'm the mage.

In my days of playing WoW I had a following within the guild I was in that referred to me as "The Mythical Creature". It was absolutely unheard of for me to make a mistake or to miss anything that happened.

The guy with the memory. I'm always the one who remembers the secret codes, hidden rooms, boss strats, weird easter eggs, etc. from back when games, you know, actually had them. Even to this day as long as I've done it once or twice, or even just read about it in some cases, I remember it.

Oh, and I'm also the fighting game guy. None of my friends ever want to seriously play me in a fighter as, even if it's a brand new game none of us have played before, I'll beat them.

Pretty much this. Also, I am the person that is generally the best at every multiplayer game for the first few hours because I read the manual before playing.

I don't have any friends who are real "gamers". Most of my friends will only play sports games and such.

I'm multi-role, depending on the game. I snipe, but so do my friends. I guess you could call me a ghost, because I'm typically getting behind enemy lines. Ah, of course. I'm the captain, because I'm typically giving out orders to my mates.

To my friends, I can apparently "snipe with a shotgun." Seeing that is my signature weapon, no matter how impractical it is for the situation. I am also the guy who kills his own teammates (Mostly on purpose) for the hell of it and death rushes into battle. It's not always practical, but I am fairly good at it. I am the kind of guy who brings a knife to a gunfight....or an axe if available.

I have only one friend... and he doesn't like video games... Although having joined in on other peoples games during co-op storylines, I am usually the best player...

Depends on the game, and depends on the friends. Since most of my "real" (non-online friends) don't really play games, but I do like to play pokemon, so they call me "that gay kid who plays pokemon" when I have my ds and pokemon game with me.

However, with my more "gamer" friends (xbox live friends) it varies from game to game, but most of the time I am the support guy, giving money, resources, aid etc to my allies.

The noob, with sporadic bursts of awesome, followed by suicidal tendencies.

They mostly play FPSs which aren't my forte so I just have fun with them.
