In the "close to" territory - Sniper Elite. That game is pretty interesting - you play a sniper (duh) during the second World War. It's far from perfect but entertaining enough - it's somewhat of a shooter but the sniper mechanics do have a lot of emphasis - depending on the difficulty you chose (or you can set custom things on and off) the bullet would drop with the distance travelled and it may even be affected by the wind. Setting the scope on somebody's head and pulling the trigger won't do you much good if they are more than 30-ish metres away. Shooting will also alert enemies to your presence, unless you time your shots with explosions going off.
Sniper Elite V2 came out a few months ago but I have no idea how it is. If anything, I haven't heard anything bad about it (or much of anything, to be honest. Seems to be OK from what I know, though).
And since if you look into these, you might also find Sniper: Ghost Warrior I'll say a few words about it - no, don't get it. It's not nearly at the same level as the other. It's not really that good of a game on its own. It has incredibly frustrating AI which sees you despite cover and you being a kilometre away, for example, and it's broken in other parts, too.
