An Entire World as a Internet Thread

I had this idea while shaving, of all things.

Imagine if every country on Earth had an individual account and were posting in one thread.
Who would create the thread?
Who would the mods be?
What would the equivalent of a ban be?

I think, at that point, the Internet would crash on spot from too much traffic in one place.

the mod would be bruce lee, and everyone would be too scared to do anything to deserve a ban because he told them all he would pwn them if they did. And it wouldn't work; you just know that america would just post "first|!!!1!!!" and start flame wars all the time with the smaller countries with lower post counts who had slightly different opinions on MW2 or whatever.
