I almost went to that show. It came to Calgary while I was living there. I would've gone had I not suddenly got evicted from my apartment and had to save every penny to live. I regret missing it because I've heard that this show is AWESOME!

Okay. I'm a big fan of the Evil Dead series, and Sam Raimi in general. What I want to know is, does Sam Raimi approve? I'm sure he does, otherwise this would never have gotten off the ground.

From the one one little scene I watched on the website, I thing this would be worth checking out, if just to say I've seen it.

Although, I don't think I'm the only one who thinks this would be better with at least a cameo by Bruce Campbell.

It was kind of a flop, but I know the fight choreographer and he's a cool guy, so there's that at least. He wasn't all like, "Yeah! Totally go see it!" so maybe even he knew there was something sincerely lacking.

I went to see this show on Halloween night with a couple of friends. It was a great show, really fun, and the songs were campy as hell. If you like the hokey feeling from evil dead and army of darkness, then this is a must see. In Vancouver we had two shows playing at the same time, one with a cast from Calgary and one made of local players. I saw both and was not disappointed in either performance. If you see a show in your area I highly recommend checking it out.
