An old arcade or PC game I cant remember

This is an offline multiplayer​ game (high chance it may be arcade) that is you're a little man with a jetpack
And there are many robot bodies and you enter them to attack or fight
your friend... I played this years ago this is all I remember

it look a lot like Metal Warriors. however it was on the SNES and not in arcades for what i know
