What follows is a disturbing video of a girl (literally) launching a whole basket of young, newborn puppies into a river.

The purpose of this thread is exposure and possible identification of the person abusing (and killing) the puppies. But please don't share any personal info.

To the mods: If this kind of content is unsuitable here, please delete this thread. I thought it was worth a try.

To everyone else: Any kind of information or means that could help identify the ***** above will be highly helpful. I'm just a messenger and have no clue where to turn to, but I trust many people here would know what to do and are animal lovers and sane human beings.

I personally think that the BEST way of spreading the word and making way for justice is getting the media (TV, Internet) interested in the case.

I'm against animal cruelty and all, but posting someone's personal information on our forums is very bad behaviour. Mod.

The difference is that the woman putting the cat in the trash didn't hurt the cat, the cat was simply trapped, and the owners found it meowing away.
A person must wonder what makes a person think to do something like throw puppies in the river, one by one; and what sort of person will stand there and film it?

Yeah, 4chan are on it, they now have 2 suspects. The clarity of the shot is a problem. The language too (to my ear, the language definitely doesn't sound English; it does resemble Croat, Serbian, Bosnian... I'm from Macedonia, we're in the neighborhood, so...). See my first post for more info on the discussion on 4chan. Reddit are onto it too. Shared it on Facebook, people are onto it.
