Animated Avatar problems?

I'm trying to use an animated avatar but it won't animate! It's this image right here

I tried trimming it to 75x75 but I don't have a program that can crop it and still have it as an animated .gif (it just gives me the first frame)

I don't know how to do that, I'm impressed! Gifs are tricky images to do anything with in my opinion, but I would love to learn. I have a few GIFs that would make really neat avatars if I could convert their size.

When you quoted me, didn't you see how I did it?
I used width instead of height because I saw that the width was bigger.
Gifs have to be 75 x 75 at most to work.

I know that, but don't you have to do something special in photoshop in order to just resize them like that? I'm not very keen on photoshop, but whenever I load gifs in there it's a frame by frame basis. That's the gooey part I don't understand. If there is a way to just resize it like a normal image, then I would love to know how.

If I wouldn't have used one of the Escapist tricks, I would have used Online Image Editor [http://online-image-editor.com/].
Hasn't failed me often. Though I'm not exactly the best man to ask about good resizing. Try asking at the Avatar Store that I linked on this same page to someone else. Someone there might be more of help to you.
