Another shooting in Texas. Casualties yet unknown.

Anyone know what the hell has happened there? According to a Finnish news site the shooter has been captured.

And now the pro-gun control people will say that this is why we need to have gun control and the anti-gun control people will insist that if somebody had had a gun then this wouldn't have happened and it goes on and on and on and on.
